Hosts are responsible for event compliance, venue rules, internet connectivity, and ensuring proper setup for streaming and audio equipment.

6. Payments & Fees

Payment terms, service fees, and refund policies will be outlined at the time of booking. Gvybe reserves the right to modify pricing structures at any time.

7. Intellectual Property

All branding, platform design, and proprietary technology associated with Gvybe are the property of Gvybe. Users may not copy, reproduce, or distribute materials without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Gvybe provides services “as is” and does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We are not liable for technical disruptions, internet connectivity issues, performer availability, or event outcomes.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the platform at any time for violations of these Terms or misuse of the service.
